电化学法优化处理绿松石的颜色探讨

  • 摘要: 绿松石是人们喜爱的珠宝玉石之一,但我国天然绿松石矿不多,储量不大,能开采到的优质绿松石很少,不能满足市场的需要。2013年左右,中国珠宝首饰市场上出现了由美国人进行了电化学处理的绿松石,其漂亮的颜色吸引了许多消费者的目光。通过在工厂实验室进行国产绿松石的电化学法优化处理实验,先后解决了绿松石不导电的电解问题,电解液、电流、电压的最佳选择条件等工艺问题,得到了整体颜色鲜艳,致密度改善的绿松石,甚至出现了半透明的优质绿松石。电化学法使绿松石的颜色鲜艳和结构改善的原因可能是弧立的铝氧八面体因电解获得的氢氧离子而联接起来,从而使Cu2+离子在电场中得到充分地活化,并形成能增色的水合铜离子。根据2017年的最新国家标准,把绿松石电化学法优化处理确定为“优化”范畴。

     

    Abstract: Turquoise is one of the favorite jewels for people.However, there are not many natural turquoise mines in China.The reserve is small, and there are only a few high-quality turquoises that can be mined to meet the needs of the market.Around 2013, turquoise optimized by electrochemical method by Americans appeared in the jewelry market in China.Its beautiful colour attracts the attention of many consumers.The authors conducted an electrochemical treatment of homemade turquoise in the laboratory of Shenzhen.After solving a series of technological problems such as non-conductive electrolysis of turquoise, the selection of electrolyte, and the optimum conditions of current and voltage, finally turquoise with bright colour and improved density was obtained.The overall colour was bright, and even semi-transparent high-quality turquoises had emerged.The reason why the colour of the turquoise was bright and that the structure was improved by the electrochemical method may be that the aluminum-oxygen octahedron of arc alone was connected by the hydroxide ions,which had been obtained by the electrolysis, so that the copper ions were fully activated in the electric field, as well as the formation of hydrated copper ions that enhance colour.The latest national standards announced in 2017 determined the optimization of the treatment of turquoise by the electrochemical method as an "optimized" category.
