金含量999‰硬金首饰的检测方法

Detection Method of 999‰ Hard Gold Jewelry

  • 摘要: 目前国内对于高含量硬金首饰没有相关检测标准,相关报道也较少。本文评述了金含量999‰硬金产品的制作工艺,利用X射线荧光光谱法、火试金法及电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES法)对该类产品金含量进行检测,探究3种检测方法的结果差异。实验结果表明,金含量的测量结果大小为:X射线荧光光谱法>ICP-AES法>火试金法。高含量硬金产品检测方法与传统工艺制造首饰存在较大差异,在实际的检测过程中,对待该类产品应该谨慎选择测试方法,不应该复制传统工艺制造首饰检测方法。

     

    Abstract: There has been few reports and test standards on the high content of hard gold jewelry so far. The process of hard gold jewelry products with the gold content of 999‰ are reviewed in this paper. By means of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, cupellation method and inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) were used in order to explore the gold content and the analysis results of three method were compared. It showed that with differernt method the analysis results differed. The method used to test gold content for a certain sample from high to low was X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method, ICP-AES and cupellation. The hard gold jewelry product is different from traditional manufacturing jewelry, so in the actual test process the dection method should be carefully chosen.
