我国特色珠宝玉石旅游商品市场开发现状及存在问题探讨

摘要: 旅游业是国民经济重要组成部分,在我国生产总值中的比重不断加大,其中,旅游商品是旅游业重要组成部分之一。珠宝玉石旅游商品是旅游商品中包含多种商品属性的特殊品类,也是我国部分旅游目的地最重要的旅游商品组成之一。本文定义了特色珠宝玉石旅游商品的概念,通过对典型旅游目的地珠宝玉石旅游商品市场发展现状的调研考察,综合分析了我国特色旅游珠宝玉石旅游商品市场发展现状及存在问题。结果显示,我国特色珠宝玉石旅游商品的品类丰富,购物环境获得了很大的提升,产品高中低档覆盖全面,部分市场开始向集聚化方向发展,质量保障体系逐步建立,产业成为部分地方经济重要的支柱/特色产业之一。而当前对特色珠宝玉石旅游商品尚缺乏系统研究,研究文献很少。特色珠宝玉石旅游商品市场存在急需解决问题:(1)特色珠宝玉石旅游商品市场发展缺乏明确的科学规划;(2)特色珠宝玉石旅游商品区域个性/特色不明显,与旅游商品纪念意义无法匹配;(3)部分旅游市场,特别是景区旅游市场特色宝玉石旅游商品质量结构失衡,低品质的处理/合成/人造宝玉石比重过大;(4)信息不对称销售模式普遍;(5)缺乏熟识特色宝玉石旅游商品品质的专业人才。Abstract: Tourism is an important part of the national economy, and its in gross domestic product (GDP) is gradually increasing. Tourism commodity is an important part of tourism industry. The jade and gem for tourism goods is one of special categories of tourism commodity, which contains a variety of commodity attributes, or even the most important part of tourism commodities in some China's tourism destinations. Based on the investigation and comparison of the current situation of the special jade and gem tourism commodity market in the domestic and foreign typical tourism destinations, this paper analyzed the exploitation, market development status and existing problems of the jade and gem tourism commodity in China. The results showed that the exploitation of the jade and gem tourism commodity in China has made important progress. Typical signs are as follows: Category of the jade and gem tourism commodity in market is various covering high, middle to low grade; Some markets begin to develop into the direction of agglomeration, and there is a certain relationship between product development and regional market resources, with more and more obvious features; The quality guarantee system has improved significantly, and the shopping environment also has been greatly improved; Tourism has become one of important pillar/characteristic industry in some local economy. However, the systematic study on the special jade and gem tourism commodity is quite limited. And published research literature is very rare. At the same time, there are several common problems urgently needed to be solved in the market: (1) The development of the jade and gem tourism commodity market lacks clear and scientific planning; (2) The regional personality/feature of the jewelries tourism commodity is not obvious, which can not match the commemorative connotation of tourism commodity; (3) There is structural imbalance of quality of the jade and gem tourism commodity in some tourism markets, especially in the scenic tourism market, such as uneven quality, too large proportion of low-quality treated/synthetic/artificial gems; (4) The sales model with asymmetric information is in general, and illegal phenomenon occurs frequently; (5) There are serious shortages of talents who are familiar with the characteristics of tourism commodity.
