Definition and Influencing Factor of Oily luster of Nephrite

摘要: 油性是评价和田玉品质的重要标准,和田玉“油性”的定义对和田玉评价体系的建立以及规范和田玉市场是意义重大的。本文采用问卷调查法、工厂加工验证、紫外-可见光谱仪、光泽度计、表面轮廓综合测试仪对和田玉的“油性”进行了系统的调查和实验验证。结果发现:(1)市场调查时,大多数被调查者认为“油性”涉及和田玉的油脂光泽、由内而外的油润感、细腻结构造成的弥散效应以及抛光。(2)抛光实验证明,同一块样品随着抛光程度的不同,所表现出来的油性也不同;结构粗细不同的样品即使抛光程度相同,表现出的“油性”也是不同的。(3)光泽度计、紫外-可见光谱和表面轮廓综合测试仪表明,抛光程度会影响和田玉表面的光泽度,反射率和粗糙度。最终,将和田玉的“油性”定义为和田玉细腻均匀的结构对光产生的一种弥散效应和当对其进行适当的抛光后,其表面的油脂光泽得以显现这两部分内容。Abstract: The oily luster of nephrite is an important standard of evaluating quality of nephrite.The definition of oily luster of nephrite is very important for evaluating nephrite quality and standardizing nephrite market.The authors used market survey method, factory-processing testing and instrument (UV-Visible spectrometer, gloss meter, comprehensive measurement system for surface profile) to make a systematical research on oily luster of nephrite.Conclusion as follows:(1) The market questionaire survey shows that most respondents believe oily luster mainly includes the greasy luster, a fine structure and polishing; (2) Polishing experiments show the same samples with different polishing degree show different oily luster; even with the same polishing degree, samples with different structure also show different oily luster; (3) The gloss meter, UV-Visible spectra and comprehensive measurement system for surface profile show that polishing degree can affect the surface gloss, reflectance and roughness of nephrite.In the end, definition of oily luster includes two parts:One is nephrite exquisite and uniform structure that producing light dispersion effect, and the other is when nephrite given appropriate polishing, the greasy luster can emerge.
